For those who do not know what Polyfest is it is a traditional cultural event that happens every year if you were to go to Polyfest there are 4 days you are able to go to either one day or all four days. Polyfest is very fun because you are able to watch other culters perform there items that they had been practising since school had started. They also have diffirent types of food stands. When we got to Polyfest we did diffirent types of activities down at the Diversity stage. After we did our activities we all learnt a dance from a crew called saintsup the dance was very intereasting and cool.

Preserve my culture

Preserving your culture is important because we are able to connect with other generations and countries and a  traditional way of preserving our culture it by clothing what we where to special occasions .
Also another way to preserve my country is by also speaking the language. And if you do not know the language you are able to ask your parents or grandparents to teach you how to speak and understand it.

You can also Preserve your culture by wearing the right type of clothing for  different things. We can also preserve our culture by going to church cause a lot of Samoans go church and read the bible.
